Hirohiko Sonobe, Head of Operation

Hiro has a diverse background with extensive experience across international business and government roles. He is currently the Head of Operations at his service, where he promotes Japan’s unique offerings to a global audience. His responsibilities include designing and delivering comprehensive travel solutions and promoting inbound tourism to Japan.
Hiro spent his formative years in the United States, from youth age until high school graduation, before earning a degree in Commerce from Keio University. He has held various roles at a financial company, including sales support, international business, and system development. Additionally, he worked for the government, serving as Second Secretary at the Embassy of Japan in Delhi, India.
Hiro is fluent in both Japanese and English, and he founded his current service to showcase the beauty and charm of Japan to the world.

Saki Kelley, Chief Operator

Saki is the Chief Operator with years of experience in the travel industry, having managed hundreds of inbound travelers to Japan from around the world, all with exceptional satisfaction rates. Before entering the travel industry, she held various roles in an international trade company for many years.
Born in Aichi Prefecture, home to Nagoya, Saki takes pride in Japan’s rich culture and beauty, offering both well-known landmarks and hidden gems across the country. With extensive experience guiding her foreign family and friends through Japan, she enjoys presenting the diverse aspects of the country, from tranquil nature spots to traditional cuisine and insights into the everyday life of local people. Her goal is to make every trip unforgettable and full of enriching experiences.
Saki is married to an American husband and is the mother of one son. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
